This certificate was given to me by an uncle of mine when I was doing my family tree, it is a certificate that was sent to my Grandmother when her husband was killed in action in World War 1 by the City Of Brunswick. dated 12.2.1920

Cool. I keep toying with the idea of hunting down the family tree, but never get around to starting. Are you far into the project BrunnyGirl?
Yes I finished mine a couple of years ago to the point I would have to go to the UK to go any further, you should start as I did start a little too late, and didn’t ask all the people I could have for more information as when a couple of relatives passed away things were given to me that helped me so much with my research but I know the people who had gone could have added more but it was too late, get in and do before all the knowledge goes with elderly relatives sometimes they just have to be asked….
Wow that’s a major project to have undertaken. Good on you!
